HOW TO PRAY THE PRAYER OF FAITH!
FIRST:
Who can first pray the prayer of faith?
Answer: The righteous person.
James 5:15-16 (KJV) And the prayer of faith shall save the
sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed
sins, they shall be forgiven him. 16 Confess your faults one to
another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The
effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
SECOND: Who
is righteous? Everyone who is a child of God.
2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV) For he hath made him to be sin for
us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of
God in him.
THIRD:
Direction of the Prayer of Faith. To make known our prayer
request to our Father God.
FORTH: With
power and Authority in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!
John 16:23 (KJV) And in that day ye shall ask me nothing.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the
Father in my name, he will give it you.
A. What day? The day He sits at the right hand of the FATHER
making intercession for us.
FIFTH: Believe that you’re received. Paid for, expecting the
manifestation.
Mark 11:24 (KJV) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever
ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye
shall have them.
SIXTH:
Forgive.
Mark 11:25-26 (KJV) And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye
have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven
may forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if ye do not forgive,
neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your
trespasses.
A. Who do you forgive?
1. First forgive others.
a. How many times? All the time. 70 times 7 if necessary.
B. Forgive yourself. Not doing this is one of the great hindrances to
answered prayer.
C. Regret is a form of un-forgiveness. Every time we dwell on past
regrets, we need to forgive ourselves. How many times? 70 times
7 or until we leave it at Jesus' feet .
